CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 127(STA) "An Act relating to roadside                                         
memorials within the right-of-way of a state highway" was read the                                  
second time.                                                                                        
                                                                                                    
Senator Gary Stevens, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                  
the adoption of the State Affairs Senate Committee Substitute offered                               
on page 1101. Senator Elton objected, then withdrew his objection.                                  
There being no further objections, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR                                             
HOUSE BILL NO. 127(STA) was adopted.                                                                
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                         
NO. 127(STA) will be on the May 5 calendar.
